Tonight is the first night of harvest and I think that Walker farms will be shutting down equipment around 11 o'clock tonight. So with this information given to me a few minutes ago, I have realized that Preston is my go-to man for the next 3 weeks. If I need to talk, he's going to have to be there for me; if I need a hug, he's my snuggly-boy.
Ever since last night, Preston has been trying extremely hard to make talking noises and the noise coming out of his mouth today sounds suspiciously the word "mama". It is so exciting to think that he will be talking in the near future and that there will be another voice in the room while Erik is working away at harvest! :)
